Our Homebase is the Luxury Cap Cana Marina, home of the most prestigious Billfish Tournaments on our East Shores, and located right at some of the best Billfish Grounds of the Caribbean, the northern Mona Channel, with White Marlin Mekka Cabo Engaño, Blue Marlin Paradise off Macao and our Sailfish Heaven off the Mouth of Yuma.
of course Cap Cana offers aside of our Top Notch Sports Fishing also High End Lodging and some of the highest ranked Golf Courses throughout the Caribbean.
Mike's Marina Owns here the only Blackfin Offshore Yachts available for Charters on the Island, named the Gladiator (29ft 1998 Blackfin Flybridge) and the Predator (38ft 1994 Blackfin Flybridge), acompanied by Seasonary available Vessels for specific charter purposes like the Searay Motoryacht Vixen, the Sports Fishing Yacht Emily (53ft 1990 Viking) or the Caribbeanwide well known Tournament Top Dog named "Peje", a 47ft Cabo Custom, which in 2012 won again the Blue Marlin Masters "Boyscout Tournament" on the USVI St Thomas.

While Our Offshore waters are during Spring til late Summer mostly Calm, our Wintertime offers choppy Sea Conditions more often.
await the Sea to run 6ft+ as a normal/average day. of course Exceptions are due Variable Weather Conditions possible All around the Year. In case of unfavorable Weather/Sea Conditions on the day of Your Booked Charter, of course We try to Reshedule for an other Day or in case of Cancellation All prior made Deposits/Payments will be Refunded Completely. Mike's Marina does Not Refund Full or Partial Charter Rates because Customers Cut Short on their Prior Booked Sportfishing Charter Length due Seasickness once the Boat been Out. We always recommend that You talk to Your Doctor/Pharmacyst to get the best suitable solution for You to enjoy Your Day out on the Deep Blue with Us.
which ever Motionsickness Meds you decide on, make always sure to get the "Non Drowsy" ones, as the drowsy ones could lead to the opposite effect/more seasick.
Tournament Fishing with Mike's Marina
The Sportfishing Fleet of Mike's Marina Fishing Charters SRL is of course available for Participation in the different Fishing Tournaments on the East Coast of the Dominican Republic. Dates for the different 2013 Tournaments will show up below during this Winter. some Dates get announced only with 4-6 Weeks of advance Notice.
Tournament Participations are available for Teams of 2-4 Anglers per Charter Boat.
Our Punta Cana Tournament Season starts in April with a Mahi Mahi/Dorado Contest, followed by several Billfish Tournaments out of Cabeza de Toro, Punta Cana Marina and the Marina Cap Cana. For all Tournaments are Packages available including Subscription Fees/Charter Boat Rental/Crews/Tournament Tackle/Private Airport Pick Up/Transfers from Hotel-Boats etc. For All Tournaments also Lodging Packages will be available.
